Right off we want to say this about APO and FPO addresses;

We can get our products to these locations, but we chose not to because we are a business and as such APO and FPO addresses require a commercial invoice for the customs people to move it along.  Commercial invoices increase the "value" and therefore the charges and taxes for the shipment become outrageous. Really friends, a blanket, comforter or pillow going to your military person from us is a product subject to many charges however if it is from you...Mom, Dad or Sweetie it is just a package to your soldier, sailor or airman.  Please do yourself a favor and send it from home.

Communication is the key!!!

We have made that our promise, our premise and a main part of our presentation. As such we have a BLOG site for you to join and share comments and feedback with us and others. We have email so that you can contact us and attach files for viewing. We have a phone number that you can call to speak to a human (we may have to call you back, but it will be a person), and we have MySpace   www.myspace.com/fotolinens.  Now you may wonder at some of this and we will try to address the ones less common.

BLOG... we feel this is a way for the person with something to say to get their chance to do so. Heck, if the President can have an open Blog site to hear from the citizens we sure can. Do you like the product? Do you like the color, the feel, the time in process, do you like the way we can ship to all your family for you and save you $$$MONEY$$$?
