Is Your Site Secure?
Secure Servers using the state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption such as ours are fully protected on all pages. We also have the latest firewall technology to keep things that way. Secure pages should show a “lock” Icon, especially one asking for personal information, on any site and all times.

Do you share my customer information?
Your information may be used or shared with various agents, consultants or companies we employ to operate and improve our business. We would share with law enforcement in connection with investigations of illegal activity. If we are acquired or merge with another company, we would have to share your information. Please review our “PRIVACY POLICY” for further details.

How do I order?
We have only one way to order, online. Simply choose the option best for the creation of your product, select and load an image(s), and then check out. Upon check out, you can confirm that everything is correct and select the form of payment. After receiving the order and processing your payment, we will email you a confirmation with your order number and begin the production of your product(s).

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We will also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. All must be drawn and issued by a United States based financial institution and all payments must be in United States Dollars. Please do not try to send cash.

If you are paying by credit card, we will charge your card and then begin processing your order. The charge will appear on your statement as “fotoLinens.com”.

If you are paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check there may be a 1 to 2 weeks delay since we do not begin processing the order until the Money Order or Cashier Check clears.

Any/all returned items will be subject to a minimum fee of $35.00.
