How do I order?

We have only one way to order, online. Choose the option best for the creation of your product, select and load an image(s), and check out. Upon check out, you can confirm that everything is correct and then select the form of payment. After receiving the order and processing your payment, we will send a receipt with your order number and begin the production of your product(s).

 

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We will also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. All must be drawn and issued by a United States based financial institution and all payments must be in United States Dollars. Please do not try to send cash.

 

If you are paying by credit card, we will charge your card and then begin processing your order. The charge will appear on your statement as “fotoLinens.com”.

 

If you are paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check there may be a 1 to 2 weeks delay since we do not begin processing the order until the money order or cashier check clears.

 

Any/all returned items will be subject to a minimum fee of $35.00.

 

Bulk Pricing

We do not offer “Bulk Pricing”, however if you believe yourself to be an exception, please send us an email to open dialog at – service@fotoLinens.com.

 

POLICIES

What about guaranties on the products?

All items are guaranteed to be free of defects in labor, workmanship, and materials. Contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item so that we can make arrangements for the return, refund, and/or replacement of the product. We will issue a RMA # for the return, which we will tell you that this number needs to be posted boldly on your package or it may be refused. Remember to keep all original packaging since the damage could have been accidental damage by the carrier or their agents.

 

What about guaranties on the products?

We believe that a miss-spelling by us is considered a defect in our workmanship. Should this happen, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will make it right and we will do right away!! However if the error should be confirmed to be yours, we are sorry but the correction will be at your expense.

 

Now if the shipping error is ours or our carriers, we will make all arrangements to redeliver or reroute to the correct address. However if the address is as given to us by you then you will be charged for the fees.

 

Be sure to provide a complete street address, with an accurate apartment, suite, or floor if applicable. Currently we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please see our link explaining why.

 

What about returns?

No returns are accepted without previous authorization. Should you have a valid reason for returning any product contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a “RMA” number. We will tell you that this number needs to be posted boldly on your package or it may be refused.

 

What about these “Coupon Codes”?

Coupon Codes are our way of saying “Thank you” for ordering from us and that we would like to have you back. We may attach some expiration date to some but others will be “whenever”, you just have to enter the code when asked.
